Tongala Primary School has a very active Parents and Friends group. Their purpose is to bring our community together, as well as raise funds for the school, through a number of different ways.

These include:

Special day lunches

Fathers/Mothers Day stalls

Catering for school/community events

Easter/Christmas Raffles

Whole school fundraisers

The money raised by our Parents and Friends group, goes directly back into the school and our students. 

This helps our school to purchase items, such as:

Gaga Pit / 9 Square in the AIr / Outdoor table tennis

Whole school excursion / class party

Cooking utensils to support our cooking program

Sand pit toys

School aprons

Contributions towards major items, such as the Pergola covering the portable decking.

Parents and Friends meet once a month and anyone is welcome to become part of this valuable group.
